Meet the Photographer
For more than fifteen years, I photographed what happened on the field. The World at Their Feet began when I became more interested in what happened before it. I wanted to understand the people behind the jerseys: their families, faith, setbacks, dreams, and the communities that shaped them. Over five years, those conversations became nearly one hundred stories, each one reminding me that soccer is far more than a game. It is identity. It is belonging. It is hope. I am grateful to every player who trusted me with their story, and I hope these pages inspire others to find their own.
